Willow-Wick Apartments

I am in desperate need of someone to take over my lease starting by late July or early August! (perfect for a student looking to move in before the Fall Semester). - The apartment is 'The Willow-Wick Apartments' off of Southwest Parkway and Wellborn,... conveniently located next to tons of restaurants, gas stations, and H-E-B. The apartment is the newest renovated in the whole complex, with new wood floors, new countertops and new appliances. It is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, and a big closet with a nice kitchen and a huge living area. Specifically, this lease is located on the first floor (of 2 floors) and it is a corner location with a perfect window view of trees and shade! The above, behind, and next-door neighbors are super quiet, so noise will not be an issue!

The complex is super lowkey and quiet. The neighbors are nice and don't bother you. The location is super chill, I really like it because it's a good place to wind down after a long day.

The current lease agreement for the apartment ends September 30th, 2025. I will no longer be living in College Station starting mid-July and want to avoid paying two months of unnecessary rent. This is the perfect opportunity if anyone needs a place for the fall semester and wants to move in just a bit early before the semester. This apartment also offers 9-12 month leases in case you don't want to be responsible for a full year, assuming you renew the lease after the date I specified above.

Rent (889.33) + water/sewage ($20-$30/month) + utilities ($60-$100/month) = Varies on the season/month, but I never paid more than $1020!

(Note: The apartment is super clean, I have only seen one bug in my time living here, and that was the first day I moved in lol. I think this place started a new management when I moved in, and they are really good about spraying for bugs/pests!)
