Looking for those 2 roommates to join me (female) and a friend (male) in a brand new townhome, they can be of any gender. The builders of this complex also built... The Estates. No pets please!
We're looking for relaxed, clean people who occasionally like to party! We are both upcoming seniors and will be moving out (hopefully) by May 2026 so soon there will be 2 roommates to replace us after that (renters are welcome to recommend new renters to fill spots when we leave).
Renters get a private room and bathroom. The unit comes with shared washer/dryer/dishwasher/AC/heating... Rent is $900 per month/per person, including utilities and HOA landscaping etc. It's a 3min walk to bus stop and 10min drive to MSC, 5 min to campus.
We will furnish the common area and bring dishes/cutlery and any other necessities, but rooms are unfurnished! Appliances are LG, and there's a 2-car garage and 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
The place will be move in ready by mid July (as you can see some carpet isn't in yet).
