The Otto Northgate, Walk to Campus, Room in a 3x3

This is a listing for a room in a 3x3 C1 floorplan unit at The Otto Northgate. Since this is a subleasing opportunity, the rent is $2169 per month, which is much lower than the current listings. Utilities are not included but typically range from... 20-40$, depending on usage habits. The Otto is a brand new facility with this next year being only its second year open. This building is only for students, so your roommates, which can be determined through a matching system, will be students at Blinn or fellow Aggies. The Otto requires your key fob to activate the elevator to reach your floor and then again to grant access to your unit itself. Once inside your individual room, you have a key to lock from the outside for when you spend the day away at class. The unit comes with a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, and a double-door fridge with an included ice maker, and a balcony to relax on. The AC is housed in the common area and is easy to use and adjust. All units contain a large flatscreen Google TV provided in the living area. Outside the room The Otto houses 3 different dedicated study spaces, two free printers, a content studio, 24 vending area, a club room, 24-hour gym and yoga room, a sky lounge, and a pool deck with multiple fire pits and a large jumbotron which plays all Aggie and major athletic events. You will apply directly with Otto, and business will be handled with them for the duration of the lease once the transfer is made.
