Howdy! I am planning to sublease/sublet for either Fall 2025 or the FULL 2025-2026 term. Water and utilities are not included but come around to $40 per month depending on the usage. The room is also on the second floor and near Northgate! So no need for going down countless flights of stairs everyday after or before class. Amenities - Gym - Pool - Study rooms / Lounge - Gigabit internet (on wifi and ethernet!) - Safe package delivery (using lockers) - Laundry room - Balcony - Parking Garage ($25 but this is added onto the price if needed, I already have one reserved so no need to worry about not having any parking) - Maintenance included (Very fast! Come back to fix things ASAP usually the same or next day) - Trash pickup - Bus 15 is a 5 minute walk away! (Goes from the apartments, to parking garage, fish pond and ending off at the MSC) Some notable locations that are near this apartment is the St. Marys Church, Zach Engineering Building, Sbisa Dining Hall which are all at max a 15 minute walk or shorter if you were to bike/scooter.
