The Enclave Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I’m subletting an unfurnished bedroom in a 2x2 unit at The Enclave. It is partially furnished already since my current roommate has provided all of the shared space furniture, like in the dining room and living room, so all you’d need is bedroom... furniture. It’s located next to the H-E-B, Target, and Starbucks off of Texas Ave with its very own bus stop and is one of the largest 2x2 units available at a discounted rate. The unit itself is also right next to the leasing office, so super close to all other amenities on the property as well as where the bus stop is. My roommate is a current PhD student with two ESA cats who are very sweet, just like her. All of August rent and fees have been paid, and September has $300 off rent as well. Utilities are dependent on usage, but anything like WiFi is $8/month or parking $12-35/month (uncovered or covered). I didn’t sign for parking since I don’t have a car, but that can always be added later when you take over. There’s many covered and uncovered options in addition to visitor parking as well.
