I’m looking for someone to sublet a fully furnished room in a cozy house. The room comes with a bed, a desk, and a large window that brings in plenty of natural light. You’ll also have your own spacious walk-in closet and a restroom just down the... hall for your use.
The rest of the house is also fully furnished, so you can settle in right away without needing to bring extra furniture. Outside, there’s a fenced yard that includes a chicken coop and a greenhouse, making it a great space if you enjoy a little fresh air or gardening.
We are pet-friendly. I have a few dogs, but they stay in their own bedroom and won’t be in the common areas. I’m open to caged pets and possibly a cat that stays in the room.
This is a comfortable, ready-to-move-in space with lots of character and room to feel at home.
