ParkWest Apartments Towers Relet 1 bedroom of 3x3 from August 2025-2026 (males)

This is a 3x3 sublet of 1 bedroom in a 3x3 Tower apartment in Park West for the least starting August 2025 through July 2026. These apartment unit is for males as 2 males upper classmen live there. Currently on pets are in unit but apartment said... the apartment could be setup for a pet if deposits are paid. The lease starting in August is $810. This amount is lower than the advertised for same unit at web-site. Also this lower rate can be renewed during the year.

The unit is fully furnished including shared living space with a couch and bar chairs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and closet and under bed space. The bed is a double and has a side table and a desk with a chair included.

A campus bus comes often at minimum every hour and the apartments are next to Brookshire Grocery store and include first floor mini Brookshire grocery.
