Park West Flats 2x2 Apartment -- Close to campus with bus route to MSC
Hello everyone! I am looking for a male to take over my lease at Park West which is a Flats 2x2. All utilities, furniture, laundry, wifi, and electricity are included. The apartment complex also contains a bus route that transports students from Park... West to the MSC if that is convenient. It is also next to Brookshire brothers which is a great grocery store/study place for a lot of students. You will have one other roommate with your own bedroom and bathroom. The entire complex comes with luxurious pools, a gym, volleyball courts, study rooms, and hangout lounges! The unit itself is 905 square feet and you will have a larger bedroom to yourself than usual. The rent is $1,155/month but I will be willing to take off $100-$150 off the monthly rent to make it cheaper.
