These guys are high achievers and have friends with high standards. You can expect study groups and fun hang outs - making delicious meals, great workouts (they love weightlifting), guitar playing and good Bible studies.

The townhome is furnished with comfortable living room furniture (a leather recliner and a reclining sofa - kick back and put your feet up). The mattresses are comfy for a good night of sleep.

Each room comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress and dresser, and you have your own private bathroom and closet space. The bathrooms and kitchen have granite counters. Laundry is on site with a full sized washer and dryer on the first floor.

We have a fully stocked kitchen - including a professional Kitchen Aide mixer, bakeware, pots and pans, plates, silverware, cups, etc. It's a cooks paradise. Each tenant will have their own shelves in the walk-in pantry and space in the refrigerator, and since these guys have big appetites, we are providing TWO full-size refrigerators.

The back yard is fully fenced with a paved patio and a full-sized propane grill.

Parking is so convenient. Everyone has a designated parking spot a few steps away from the front door.

It's an ideal location for A&M or Blinn students. There are two bus stops just around the corner - one goes to A&M and the other bus goes to Blinn.
