Northpoint Crossing
We have a 4x4 xL apartment at Northpoint Crossing. The rent for this is listed as $959 currently usually but this doesn't include the mandatory extra $10 a month for Valet Trash Pickup and our only real "add-on" to the rent, which is an extra $10 a... month for a top-floor apartment. Trust me, it's worth it. So the rent comes out to $979 a month. Utilities are around $40 each a month for months when we fully occupy the apartment, but there are gonna be many months, like December and probably the summer months, where it is no more than around $15 each.
The apartment itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the restrooms are nice. We have very good AC and a good washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The living room is also pretty nice and spacious. We also have a balcony. And Northpoint's proximity to campus is just really nice. Compared to the photos, the rooms are WAY more spacious. Like extremely.
