Near the Barracks

All utilities (water, electricity, wifi, and trash) are split 4 ways. We also each claim a bill under our name. I currently pay wifi. We have free parking behind our house. Guests can park in front of the house. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk and... drops off in front of MSC.

All roommates use Life360 to track our locations so we know if one of us is home.

Rent is $500 per month excluding utilities, less than $80 per month. The lease starts on July 18th, but rent is due via Venmo on the 1st of every month.

Contact me for pictures of the bedroom and bathroom. The photos uploaded are not the actual layout of the downstairs area; we have different furniture. Please contact me if you want to meet up or see the space in person. Rooms are not furnished. It is advised to check Facebook marketplace or garage sales for reasonably priced furniture.
