Summer sublet offering incentive - $350 gift card and we will take care of $350 sublet fee for a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath relet at The Otto (right by Northgate and walking distance to Texas A&M). It is part of a... 2BD/2BA on the 9th floor. Roommate is also looking to sublet their apartment, so if you have a roommate there is a spot for them too.
If you aren’t familiar with the Otto, it just opened in August of 2024 and has every amenity available. See photos.
In addition to the gift card and covering the sublet fee ($700 value), we are able to pass on our rate of $1294 per month plus electric & water (~$50 per month). This is compared to the current rate of $1469 for a 1 Bed/1 Bath in the 2BD/2BA unit. Exact dates are from May 10th - August 8th to align with summer school and the Fall semester.
