I will be looking to sublease my unit within the apartment for less than its full rental cost for the entire duration of the 12 month lease. To be more specific, I hope to reduce the cost by $300-$400 per month so you only need to pay approximately $900-$1000 per month, which is significantly less than the rent of most premium apartment complexes you will find anywhere within walking distance of the campus. I Understand 12 month leases aren't convenient for most incoming students, so I am willing to be flexible with the cost of the rent during the summer break.
