My name is Ella Carter TAMU class of '28, and me and my two other roommates (Courtney Miller and Abby Magee) are still looking for one girl to fill the fourth spot in our... lease for this upcoming year or at least the semester. Our fourth roommate just backed out unexpectedly because of health reasons meaning she can't return to A&M in the fall.
We have a 4 bed x 4.5 bathroom townhome at River Oaks townhomes on Holleman Drive near Wolf Pen Creek Park. Rent would be about $600 a month with $40-50 in utilities. We have worked with the owner about furniture and the downstairs pictures will look different with different furniture in the living room, but all of the kitchen supplies/furniture will remain intact.
Amenities include: Gated community Personal parking spot right outside unit Clubhouse, mailbox and private pool and hot tub Greenbelt Private room and bathroom Less than 10 minute drive to campus Furnished downstairs/kitchen/living area (pictures of living room are not updated)

My roommates and I love to country dance, hang out with friends (game nights and movie nights!) and we're involved in a TON of orgs across campus as sophomores! We love to stay in but also go out with friends for food runs or dancing. We are looking for a girl who loves to spend time with the Lord and is deep in her relationship with Him (we're all either catholic or nondenominational/protestant), is up for adventures, is dedicated to school and relationships, doesn't party and is respectful, kind, and friendly.
