Tanner is a very easy going guy. He likes working out, gaming, cooking, movies, live concerts and just hanging out. Not really into... the party scene but will go out on the weekends. Cole is a senior Business Major at A&M Rellis. He likes golf, sports, gaming, and going out. We prefer guys that are not too party crazy, no drugs at all, good hygiene, takes college seriously and studies, good personality, mature and an easy going attitude.
This is a great - safe community and why we chose this for our son! Now, just need to find some great roomies!
The Barracks -- yes you read that right!!! Who doesn't want to live at The Barracks??? It's super close to A&M, HEB, Kyle Field and pretty much the center of town.
Beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 full bath townhome (each person gets own full bath). This is on the A&M Bus route - and only a 3 minute walk to get there!
2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths down stairs. And 2 full beds and baths on the 2nd floor. First one to sign can choose if they want the bedroom/bath upstairs or downstairs.

It's so close to The Cove that all the residents love to hang out! And the inside dining area is now open - breakfast and lunch items. Plus a place to just sit and hang out. Also, the TAMU bus picks up there and it's only 3 minute walk!!!!
The HOA (cost included in rent) provides full lawn care, exterior maintenance, cable and internet, wakeboarding park, membership to The Cove. The only thing is you are responsible
