I have a spacious, fully-furnished (820 sq ft) 1 bed/1 bath apartment at the Z Islander tropical resort complex that I am looking to relet at a discounted rate of $900/mo (normal: $1200/mo). I have already moved out, and the apartment is clean and move-in ready. Some features included in the unit are: modern furniture and appliances, washer/dryer, screened outdoor patio, two flatscreen televisions, reliable A/C, free expanded basic cable, and free wireless internet. All utilities except electricity are paid. The complex is pet-friendly.
My lease runs from now through July 2019. Because Z Islander now allows only reletting and not subletting, I am hoping to find a new tenant who will be staying for most or all of the remaining lease term. However, I am open to negotiating with people who need shorter-term housing. Please contact me if you are interested!
