Description:

I have lived in this townhome the past three years and I love it. The private landlords inspect and update the house quarterly. New kitchen appliances and brand new washer and dryer were installed within the past year. It's a two story town home with all bedrooms located upstairs and the kitchen, dining area, and living room downstairs. Two rooms do share a bathroom. There is a garage and driveway for residents to park with additional visitor parking available in the small neighborhood. Because of the garage and driveway, we do shuffle cars a bit as people come and go, but this has never been an issue in the past.

Pet Comments:

My cat is very sweet. She keeps to herself and mostly will remain in my room. I have allergies to cats (I know that's crazy!) so I like to dust frequently and vaccum to keep the house nice and reduce irritation. No other animal is allowed per landlord lease agreement.
