I'm a CSCE student who is looking to work for Pixar/Disney. I have played guitar for 8 years and I also like to run. I occasionally have friends hangout for game-night or dinner (very low key) etc. Looking for a 3rd roommate who is not a partier. I live in the Barracks Townhomes, which is on the bus route. Rent is $640 per month and this amount includes the utilities and bi weekly housekeeping services. You will also have access to the new pool and recreation center at the Barracks. The town house is a 4x4. It is 1 year old and in excellent shape It is fully furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom. Your room is on the first floor and has its own private bath.
