- Description: Description: There will be 2 bedrooms open in a 3-bedroom / 3 bath apartment starting January 1st ending May 31st with option of renewal. Location: 100 Deacon #107 Downstairs (this is a one building apartment unit at the corner of Deacon and Wellborn Rd) Available: January 1st, 2010 Avg. Cost: ~$400 per person with all utilities Shuttle: Last shuttle stop before going to campus. Roommate: 3rd roommate is a senior girl (majority of the time she is only there from Mon.-Thu. and will be graduating May 2010) *Males and/or Females Acceptable. Right now there are 2 girl roommates and 1 guy. Rooms: One room has the bathroom inside and the other has the bathroom next to bedroom in the hall with large closets. Each room has a built in desk with book case. Great kitchen with large pantry. Breakfast nook and living room. Utility room in hall with W/D included. Outside patio has a storage closet. Furniture: Kitchen table and chairs are the 3rd roommates. Sofa, loveseat and end tables will be left if you want them. Availability: One or both bedrooms available.
